This product has all the marks of a knockoff but sold at full price. I didn't open the package to confirm if this product was genuine or not but it arrived in aftermarket packaging without any of the pictured mounting hardware. I returned this item and ordered a different set that reviews indicate are genuine Shimano cleats

Cleats were delivered on time and had new Allen head bolts and spacers. Worked flawlessly.

Shimano es garantía de calidad y durabilidad al mejor precio. Las SPD rojas no son para cualquiera, anteriormente usaba las azules y el cambio fue un gran acierto porque la sujeción sin rotación que va mejor. Hechas para competición pero lo cómodo siempre no hará ir mas rápido, probar cuales nos van mejor. En especial los pedales Shimano son para toda complexión y tamaños.

Great cleats. Solid. Amazing that the cleat is protected very well even without the covers. I still have my LOOK pedals/cleats for my other bike but the SPD-SL/M540 is a nice departure. Couldn't tell that the width was as pronounced in photos. Makes for a stable walking shoe.
