It's a V-brake noodle. I can't say I love it, but it does what's it's supposed to do -- allow the brakes to work. You can use this one if a regular 90-degree noodle won't work (in my case, the regular noodle was sticking out at a weird angle between the last housing stop on the bike frame and the rear brakes.)

This noodle allowed me to get the rear brake cable tucked in closer to the bike frame, so there is less chance of my shoe heel hitting the noodle while pedaling.

Arrived on time and was good quality. Installed it on daughter's bike and worked without any problems. Came with plastic insert/sleeve.

It did the job. Has the plastic liner as well, if you wondering. Seems to be stainless. It's longer and has larger curve than my old one, but now all braking is smooth.

My knee doesn't hit the noodle anymore. I have a 13 inch frame, ATB. My knee would constantly hit the 90 degree noodle. with this one I have it pointing down so my knee clears it. Just the proper item to relieve a minor annoyance. I also took an adjuster noodle and put it on this. Makes taking the noodle off the brake easier then loosening it up at the handle bars. Yes I am lazy. Also have a bad left hand.

This fit exactly where and how it needed to: recumbent bicycles can have tricky routing needs end this worked perfectly!
