There was originally some confusion due to the description stating this was the version with the display but the photo without the display is correct. My box was marked ISLM6000LB1 and the shifter had no display.If you have a Gen3 bike read below.If you have a 21 speed version this will work with the front 3 ring shifter. This is the version you will need as the version with the indicator interferes with the mounting ebike display/throttle. This fits perfectly under the brake lever and doesn't interfere with the bell/throttle. You will flip the display/shifter order as the stock shifter is mounted right of the display but the display is already spaced so it doesn't interfere with the bell so it only moves about .25 inch (see picture). The throttle is still easily accessible and you don't need to release the handlebars to shift which is a big plus. Shifter takes less effort than the stock one a well.

This was a first. I like Shimano Cycling products. I have never had a failure out of the box. Until I did. Mounted, routed cable, attached to the front derailleur, pressed the shift trigger and the cable broke the inside plastic shift guide. I went to order components or interior parts, you guessed it, not available. So I order another one and it should arrive tomorrow. 5 days later because of the holiday. I still have the other one. I nylon welded it back together, as a bandaid.
