They go on the Shimano cycling shoes that lock into the Shimano pedals. Best value for the avid rider.

These cleats are manufactured in Japan, and they are the best option in the market. Please avoid cheap copies made in China as they desintegarte quickly and they are a false economy. These cleats are easy to fit and adjust and they stay in place once fitted.

A time comes when you realize that you are spending too much time trying to get your cleat to lock into the pedal. Do yourself a favor and replace those nasty old cleats and remind yourself how easy it used to be!

Been using since ever. Ultegra compatible..... so far so good with mine. I recommend never leave your shoes in direct sun light because this can affect the durability and life span of this product. Safe travels!!!

They appear to be the real deal. Installed easily enough. Used them Saturday without issue.

Shimano cleats are durable and of good quality. So worth the extra money! I bought non-shimano cleats once and never again. They are just not as durable as the real deal. Highly recommend these!

Ya tenia unos cleats iguales que con el tiempo se desgastaron y muy bien pero duran mucho más si también adquiere las tapas de protección para caminar mientras subes a bicicleta

My beloved Time RXS pedals failed (cracked the composite body) and, driven by budget concerns, I bought Shimano 105 pedals some years ago. The 105s are definitely heavier but have lasted longer. The best part is Shimano's cleat design. My old cleats were worn beyond recognition yet there was no loss of performance. Clicking in remained positive; release was consistent; float was unaffected. These cleats also offer a lot of variation in placement and alignment. Not an issue to me; my preferred placement is neutral front-to-back, side-to-side, and rotationally on both pedals, but those with leg or foot issues or preferring a more rearward cleat position may find the 105s easier to dial in. Walking is relatively secure; covers are available but I've not found the need. The large heads on the mounting bolt add stiffness to the pedal-shoe interface but the 4 mm allen heads love to trap grit and debris that has to be picked out before the bolts can be removed. Tip: I use marine-grade anti-seize on nearly all bike fasteners, including my pedal cleat bolts. Overall I like the performance of my Shimano pedals and love the performance of my Shimano cleats.
