When I first looked at the rear shifter I liked it. It is a little different than the Shimano since all of the shifting is done with the thumb (not the thumb and finger). Then I installed the shifter and all looked good until I went through the gears. No matter how much I adjusted the rear derailleur I could not get the chain to stop on the second to smallest gear. After some additional attempts, I realized that the shifter only had seven “clicks” or stops from bottom to top, or from top to bottom. That means the shifter will only hit 8 gears, and not 9.I would have rated this much higher if it did what it was advertised to do. Maybe it was a production mix up, but quality control should have caught this. Try something else!

Easy to setup, the parts were as accepted I was a little hesitant at first getting them off Amazon compared to a true bike retailer but I’ve now built my entire bike off of Amazon. Never will go anywhere else for bike parts.

They seem to break fast but in fairness i ise my bkke more then most and work it hard they are a fair bit cheaper then others i would say a average rider with average use would be happy witb these i wkll biy again as my buget only alows for so much even if more often then if i was to purchase a more expensive set
