Replaced my old shifter which was a 105 5800 with this one. Works perfectly. It came with the gear cable but not the housing. No brake cable was provided. I reused my old cable which was replaced a short time ago it worked fine. The rubber hood was also included. I have been using it for 3 weeks now with no problems.

Good product. You can install yourself. Just be sure to watch a video before installation on how to do it. Comes with a cable in case you're wondering like I did.
