This umbrella is the perfect size for my 5 year old granddaughter. Cute and colorful, really easy open and close for small hands. The plastic knobs on the end of each spine are a nice safety feature. Looks exactly as pictured. Very happy with this purchase.

After a lot of researching for a good and sturdy umbrella for our 8 year old daughter, online and in stores...I was happy to finally decide on this one. I read the reviews and knew some said that the handle was too short, but saw the picture and decided to have my daughter give it a try. Boy were the reviews correct. Such a pretty umbrella...but this is NOT for an older child . I would say preschool-first grade. Unless your child is petite. It didn't keep her dry as it only covered up her head and the handle was so short that my daughter found it awkward to hold. You can tell it was too small when she tried using it. I ended up having to return it unfortunately.

Bought this colorful umbrella for my great niece, ,she's 3 years old. Her Mom loved the umbrella said it was very cute. The hearts are very colorful, nice quality and size too.
