This item did not work I returned the item unused in the same packaging within 10 days of receipt and they kept my money and did not refund the $100 I paid for it. This company is a rip off

This is a great basic vacuum. It does not have LIDAR or any logical path that it follows to clean the floor but it does do a basic good job.The unit I had stopped working after about 2 months of using it 2x a week. This ended up in a return to the store I purchased it from under the Amazon umbrella.The store that I bought it for under the Amazon umbrella is a liar and would rather go against their own policies instead of issuing a refund for a defective product.

Es buena la aspiradora, pero no se conecta con el internet o elComando de Alexa como dicen es muy engañoso lo que promete. Igual al intentar contactar al vendedor para pedir una aclaración meDijo que tenía que ser directo con shark y como es un producto reensamblado no entra la garantía con shark y el vendedor no hace devoluciones y Amazon tampoco. Hasta el momento funciona bien pero si es publicidad engañosa.
