This really works it boost my energy level immediately once its taken you feel the effect. This is not a sweetend drink so you have to get used to the flavor. No side affects at all.

I love these in my water and cocktails! They add some flavor and a little pick me up. I have bought twice and plan on keeping them in stock.

I really like this Green Matcha tea. I cut open a stick, I mix it in a glass of water, and I have a healthy drink. The convenience is wonderful. I don't have to fool with a tea bag.
