Does not fit lang tools diesel compression guage and have yet to find a gauge it fits

I have failed to find a gauge that fits the end of this connector, there are two or three styles of quick connects common in compression testers and this one does not appear to be any of them from what I can tell. does not seem like there is any information on the quick connect style. please provide info on the exact type of quick connect this uses as it is useless without it

Didn’t fit my compression tester. Looked like it would but not fault of manufacturer, didn’t advertise to fit the brand tester I owned
