Absolutely incredible quality and the customer service is matched by none. On my initial order I put "Alex's Best Men" as I opted not to chose one for the day, they thought I meant "Alex's Best Man" for every glass. I reached out that evening and the next morning they had responded. Once the confusion was cleared up they immediately sent out a new set with the correct info on it free of charge. The glasses came in a very well packed box and each glass was bubble wrapped.Very kind, amazing quality, and absolutely on top of it. Will be using this company for anything monogrammed in the future!!

They look amazing!!! Came in quickly. One cup was damaged, but the customer service was so responsive, we had a replacement within 3 days. Would definitely use again or recommend to friends!
