I use a wireless flash with one of these on that, and I stick the other on a phone tripod to act as another bounce. Works great!

I'm a professional photographer and this is the best diffuser for on-camera flash! Lightweight, easy to attach. Stays put. Would definitely reccomend it.

This product does not "bend". It remains flat and cannot be formed to conform to one's needs. Also it has a hard time staying on my SB-800. The elastic is weak. I think velcro would have worked better.As for performance, it did not produce any harsh shadows. The light from my SB-800 was even across the image. I used the reflector side instead of the white side. I felt the light produced by the reflector side was much better.
