Installed on knock-kneed 2005 Pilot rear. Honda would prefer you replace all rear suspension parts, including springs. Or just purchase a new vehicle when you go into shock at multi-$thousand quote.Installed these and they immediately placed camber back in spec without further adjustment. Minus 1 star cuz no ability to adjust in other direction. These should be 1/2" shorter in overall length. If your rear springs aren't as out of spec as mine were, you may have forced over-correction with these. Only recourse is to remove adjusting nuts and shorten threaded sleeve as others have reported needing to do.

This let me adjust my rear camber really well, nuts on outside is 22mm and middle adjustment is a 24mm. You may need a camber tool on amazon if you think you can align yourself.
