I am an electrical contractor and I installed this breaker in a brand new house. Unfortunately the home owners didn't move in until after the 30 day return policy. The first time they tried to use their stove, the breaker tripped and would not reset. This is one of the problems of using internet sources instead of buying from local brick and mortar businesses.

This breaker was obviously installed for multiple years. It has damage to it that only many years of sitting in a box will cause.
