This line of products seem expensive for what they are but it’s a solid, well made piece of gear. I mostly use it in the “closed” position but you can get some good variation out of it. It’s fun to make it sound more shimmery/bell like sometimes. Super easy to install and is very solid once on. Buy itand forget what it costs.. I got a cheaper. More basic version from another company on here that shipped from the UK and it sucks in comparison.. was a lot cheaper but not the same at all.

The Heccc stick is dumb. They are just small circle noises on a 24 inch piece of wood that you hit with your shoe. You have to buy your own Heccc box on the side and what for? Just start banging on pots and pans and the side of barns and you'll have more fun.

Great product and just a cool idea in general. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I wish it was a touch louder. If playing with others, it can easily be drowned out unless mic'd .

Schlagwerk make top quality products... the heck stick acts as a hi-hat attachment on my cajon. Great when used with a cajon bass pedal:) its like a miniature drum kit. The positioning of the paddle can be a bit awkward and takes some getting used to.

Ich bin zwar kein Profi, aber durch den Heckstick bekommt man wirklich nochmal eine große Klangvaianten Vielfalt zusätzlich geboten und das macht richtig Spaß.Passt auch prima an mein "nicht Schlagwerk" Cajon.Insgesamt etwas teuer im Verhältnis zu einem Cajon.Und die Splitthandplatte sollte eigentlich zum Standard-Lieferumfang gehören und schade, dass diese nicht geschraubt, sondern nur geklebt wird. (deshalb nur 4 Punkte)Ich nehme de Platte gar nicht ab. Bei mir passt das Cajon mit Grundplatte in die Tasche, nur der Stick wird herausgezogen in en dünnes Tuch gewickelt an die Seite mit hineingelegt.

Bought this for my husband, a percussionist. It was love at first sight. He loves it and it brings a whole new sound to his cajon. Easy to assemble and attach.
