I wanted to decorate my own HALLOWEEN gift bag. So why not buy this big sticker and see if it sticks to a gift bag. It shows sticking to different kinds of surfaces. Bought it and after taking off both pieces of paper, I applied it to my bag. It does stick. Granted I should have bought a white or orange bag, but you get the idea.
