I love this visor so much, I had to get more!! I had a red one from years ago, but it has since faded. I have another one in the natural color and it’s great! So I got this one in poppy and also the grapefruit color!! Every time I wear it, I get a ton of compliments! It’s large so it completely shades your face from then sun and the bow is so cute!!! I see that some other reviewers are saying the bow is “dorky” or that the brim is ridiculously big, but those are both the reasons I think this hat is so special!! I love to wear my hair in a bun in the summer and it’s great to not have a flat head, like other hats make you have. I will order these and wear them as long as they make them! It’s my fav. Comfortable, cute, and useful as sun protection. It’s a win! And for the love of god, don’t remove the bow!! It’s the best part!!!

I LOVE these visors! I tried two of them about 7 or 8 years ago. I washed them by hand for a long time then used the very gentle cycle on my washing machine when I had other things to add. Washed very nicely. They do a great job protecting my face, are cool to wear while out in the sun pruning my yard, walking or hiking, or driving my convertible. They stay put! Eventually they began to fray so I bought new ones for errands using the frayed ones in the yard. They are still totally serviceable. My friend liked my visor so I got her one and she LOVES it when she gardens and walking to work. She is going to get other colors. One of her employees is also interested in getting one or some. SCALA makes a very serviceable, comfortable, and attractive product. I'm not a bow person so I remove them easily. TIP: When I wash them, I spray the head band part with SHOUT then wash or soak with clothes detergent and a little Oxyclean. Oils and sweat wash right out. Fading happens eventually from the sun. Even faded they look good. In fact my friend prefers the faded color.

I fully admit that I bought this visor thinking there was a 90% chance I would return it. You see, I was looking for a visor when I saw the mom wearing this one on Fresh Off the Boat. It was big and ridiculous, but it did have a cute bow in the back. It was inexpensive so I thought "why not try it?" while still being pretty sure I would return it.I've only had it for a day, but I can say with confidence that I absolutely love it. It IS big and ridiculous, but the cute bow in the back helps balance it out. There is really soft padding around the straps so it doesn't hurt your head, and under the bow is Velcro - which is amazing because I have a slightly larger head than most women and elastic or one-size visors often give me headaches.The brim is extra wide and offers really great protection from the sun. I wear glasses and don't always have my prescription sunglasses with me, but with this visor I don't really need them if I'm just at a baseball game or on a walk with the kids.I purchased the visor in black and love it so much that I may buy another color or two.

Very pleased with this product!Appears exactly as advertised, nice quality texture and perfect fit.I love how comfortable it feels compared to traditional hats, and it's nice that I no longer have to contend with hat hair.I was particularly impressed by the customer service provided. I contacted the seller about an upcoming trip for which I hoped to use this product and they were incredibly prompt in expediting my shipment so that it would arrive in time.This has become my go-to hat!

This is a lovely visor that has a large brim, provides great sun protection, and is very attractive and has a cute bow in the back. It is sturdy and very well made. It also arrived in perfect condition and was not crushed during shipping.However, I ended up returning it because I found it to be heavy and the band around the head is too thick and padded for me. It gets very hot where I live and I decided I didn't like all that extra material and weight.That said, I ordered both the and to replace this one. Both were were light, well ventilated, crushable/rollable/packable, and provides lots of protection from the sun, too. The HDE has a larger brim than the Scala and the brim goes all the way around too. Also you can't beat the price of the HDE visor. Anyway, both were great and I kept both.If you want a large brimmed sturdy fabric visor, I'd recommend this one without hesitation. If you want a large brimmed light paper/straw visor, the two I ended up keeping are fantastic choices.

Excellent visor for my purposes! I've been on the hunt for exactly this type of visor, scouring all the websites and shops. This one fits the bill (no pun intended) perfectly. It has a very large brim, which I need for reducing freckles when I'm in the pool. It got wet yesterday and seems to have survived very nicely. The bill is not made of cardboard. I love the bow in the back! Some people say it looks like an old lady style. Well, I am not THAT old, in my forties so I guess getting there, but I think it is adorable. You're in a swimsuit at the pool, so its nice to have something with a little feminine frill. I also love that it fits. I find San Diego Hat Company to be too small for me, although I adore their "ribbon hats" which are crush-eable and shape-able and come in wonderful colors and also can go into the pool. (The problem with them is that the back of the brim gets wet if I am wading watching my little, learning swimmers.)
