I ordered the gloves and they were delivered in a timely manner. I have used them two or three times and they work as advertised. You simply have to charge the two small batteries and insert them in the gloves. They have kept my hands warm as I shovel snow and work outside.

I’m writing this review three winters after purchasing them. They’re very durable, they are high-quality. I’m impressed with the gloves themselves. But I live in an area where I only wear them two months out of the year. I take care of them and they should have lasted decades. I’m on my second round of replacement batteries, and even those aren’t helping the gloves maintain their heat. My pinkies are just as cold as they ever were and the second set of rechargeable batteries I bought this winter aren’t doing the job so I can only assume that it is the gloves themselves at this point. They are nice gloves for sure, but for the money that they cost it’s almost cheaper to buy hand warmers.

We live in Northern Minnesota with winter temps dipping down to -20 below. I use them to walk our dog, shovel and snowmobile. These are the third pair of gloves and love the new design. The heat is good and the gloves are warm without the heat on. These came with batteries which did not preform as well and listed. Contacted the seller and replacement batteries were shipped. Did not have to return the bad ones, so have recycled them. Would highly recommend.

*read updates at bottom*I bought these because I work in a freezer all day. It's typically about -10. My fingers didn't feel like they were going to fall off. I was comfortable and I was in there for about 6 hours. These gloves kept my hands warm so I was able to work. I kept them on medium and the first round of batteries lasted about 3.5-ish hours. I recommend having a second set of batteries charged and ready if you'll be using them like I am. I also sized at a medium but bought a small. I'm glad I did. They fit perfect. They're a little bulky but I can still control my lift no problem.Update 2/7/24These still work nicely, however I use them mainly on high and the batteries last maybe 1.5 hours. I rotate through probably 4 sets of batteries within an 8 hour shift (but I'm not in the freezing section 100% of the time). If you do a straight 8 hours in freezing temps you'll need more than 4 sets of charged batteries or a place where you can charge and rotate the sets you have. I keep my charger at work and always have charged batteries on-hand. Some days feel colder than others and on those days these gloves just make it so my fingers don't feel like they're going to fall off. I have noticed the past couple days one of my gloves seems to start flashing quicker than the other indicating my battery is running low. They have become really easy to control my lift with. I switch to other thinner gloves when I need to throw boxes or use a pen out of the freezing temps. Overall I'm still happy about my purchase.Update 5/4/24 I just contacted the company asking for replacement gloves. They have both stopped working after 6 months.Update 6/16/2024 Their customer service is amazing. My new pair will be here Tuesday.

Update: I wore these gloves in the rain for the first time and they are not waterproof by any stretch! Not even water resistant in the rain for a half hour.False advertisingThe only reason I gave it one star was because I need HEATED winter gloves and the gloves aren’t any good to me without electric heat. Especially for the price I paid for them.Gloves are warm, the grip could be better not sure how you could get a good grip on a ski pole or grabbing a snowboard? They are very comfortable and nice gloves. The only real issue I have is that one of the batteries quit working the first time I used them. Both gloves worked with the other battery so I know it was the battery issue.I bought these in October but did not actually need them until the weather got cold enough so it’s past the return date I guess I’m stuck… At least it would be nice if I could order an extra battery that would work with them, but I don’t see that as an option

Definitely these gloves keep my hands warm. And I'm very happy to have found a size that fits my hands (XS). Two negatives for me are 1-the 'look' of them. They look like ski gloves. I wanted to find a solid black color. 2-The batteries are located inside the wristband of the gloves. This makes the wristband area too bulky to fit underneath the sleeve of my coat yet not wide enough to fit over the wrist area of my coat. So as a result of this conundrum, I walk around with my coat sleeve scrunched up and the wrist band area of the gloves scrunched as well, all of which pushes the gloves forward on my hands which means my fingers don't get the heat from the end of the finger portion of the gloves and I have to keep pushing the gloves down onto my fingers while I walk. Not a good 'look', not a comfortable 'feel' or effective fit. I haven't returned them because I suspect finding other gloves --perhaps with the batteries located inside the top side of the gloves would not be possible. And, the only solid black electric gloves to fit my hands are glove liners which are not waterproof or windproof so I'd need to purchase another pair of gloves to wear overtop of the electric liners so I'd have the added bulk around the wrist once again. ...sigh.... Hopefully these companies will be motivated to take the next step in their R&D departments and create a thinner battery, perhaps in a better location and also design gloves that are attractive to women not just when they're out skiing. If I get a chance I'll post photos to this review so you can see what I've tried to describe.
