easy to install took me less the 5 min, perfect volume can here all the way to the back. Far better and reliable then electric ones.

The chime was great but not loud enough. I think its good for open areas. But not office areas with doors.

This has been a great item for my store as I got tired of the type with batteries or had to be lined up just right to make the chime happen. This works well

Lasted about 60 days. Magnet broke off the plunger. No way to repair it.Contact with the seller has been pointless. Phone # goes to voicemail.

A little tricky to follow the directions but everything was spelled out, probably just the installer (me).We had an electronic one with a remote receiver/bell that was great but chewed up batteries like cookies. This is plenty loud enough most of the time and does the job well.

Both the drill bit and screw (they included) SNAPPED on the first try. Used a drill bit I had on hand and some new screws from LOWES to finish the install.Total crap. I would rather they not include the mounting hardware and drill bit than to use this LOW QUALITY garbage.Would NOT buy again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We have a metal entry door on a rental commercial property. It is inset on the frame and a bit weirdly set. Reading the instructions and installing was very simple. No batteries, no maintenance. It just goes "ding." Be aware that you must tighten the screws securely or it will slip out of alignment after about 10 openings. I fixed that by putting some nail polish on the threads and that locked them in place (neat trick and much cheaper than trying to find Loc-Tite and spending a gazillion dollars for a mini-tube you will never find again). I recommend this as a true value.
