This saddle has some good points and usefulness for around your room. The saddle rack is a good choice for saving space and keep your tack room organized. There are a few issues with the rack. The tack welds are less than desirable not sure how long the longevity will last. The powdered coating was flaking off not sure if was from shipping or just pour coating. The installing hardware that's included would be nice if it was better and bigger. Overall so far it's held up pretty good but time will tell.

This is a definite space saver. Allows for more things to be hung up in the tack room. Does a great job holding more than one saddle or a saddle and saddle pad. Took no time at all to install and looks great.

This is made of a nice quality steel. The coating is done ok. Some areas the coating is missing and the metal is completely exposed. The bracket that is mounts to the wall I feel could have been done way better. Its basically tack welded in about 4 places and that's it. I worry about the long term use of saddles being put on and taken off repeatedly, and if those welds are going to hold.It is nice that you can remove the wings to make the rack more versatile. However, many western saddles are quite heavy and I do have concerns how well the attached bars will hold up. They do flex a bit. They have a screw you can tighten or loosen prior to sliding on. I haven't done any adjustment to see if that will strengthen those rails or not and allow them to not flex as much.I would source your own hardware for the installation process. What is provided is cheap and short overall. I would very much recommend getting better screws.Overall this is pretty nice. But it the powder coating is done poorly and completely missing in a couple of spots and the removeable rails the ends are are rough due to poor coating. I feel like the quality could be much better especially on the coating, and hardware.

This saddle rack is sturdy and works well for storing my Western saddle. I love the sleek look with all rounded corners. The removable "wings" allow you to convert the rack between Western saddle storage (wings on) and English saddle storage (wings off). The wings slide in/out of slots on the frame -- no tools/hardware required. It was convenient to leave the wings off during installation for easy access to the mounting holes.I was not impressed with the included hardware. Some of the screws broke during installation, even though I pre-drilled the holes. I ended up having to source my own hardware, and I deducted one star for this issue.This style of saddle rack works well in my tack room, but please note that it takes up a full 12" of vertical space on the wall. If you plan to install saddle racks in a vertical stack, you might opt for a different style that lets you space them a little closer together.
