If you have any questions, please contact the customer service team.

As is typical for me with an Amazon purchase-either a cheaper version of what I ordered, or a defective one, this was defective. The cheap plastic high pressure safety valve would not close, but my plumber was able to cap it off so it is useable. It seems to work well, but needs a rather high amount of water flow to activate. As such my CA low flow bathroom sink faucet would not turn it on so I had to remove the aerater and now it splashes. And is no longer up to code... Will call company to see if they will send me a replacement valve. If they don't I will update this review.

I didn't get to use it cause the measurements were slightly off, they measured and labeled the size of the metal box, not including the screws at stick out an inch all the way around the case, my water heater hole on my rv has a steel frame so thoes measurements needed to be exact or smaller, also the 1/2 in pipe threading are not American standard, so home depot didn't carry anything that would thread on

This Water Heater has decent options for RV. The tankless design is a major plus. It saves water and energy.55,000 BTUS suggests a powerful unit capable of heating water quickly for my RV. 3.9 GPM flow rate per minute is sufficient for RV showers and sink use. I like it.

I liked it so much that I decided to put one on my bumper car as well. I just didn't want to spend $600.00 on my bumper car water heater so I just bought this honestly. It was so cheap less than half the price of my Furrion. This water heater is relatively easy to install because of the included adaptive fittings. Hot water comes out fast.

It is the speed with which this water heater warms up the water that I find to be the most appealing feature. I used to have to wait for the water to warm up for a few minutes in the morning, but now I can take a shower or do duties in the kitchen with virtually instantaneous hot water; this is a significant improvement. Due to the fact that it does not need a tank, I believe that I am spending less energy overall. When you are traveling with your family, it is an extraordinary convenience since it provides sufficient flow to meet many demands at the same time, such as cleaning dishes and having a shower. The supplied remote controller is a great addition that enables me to make adjustments to the temperature without having to go outdoors. This was something that I found to be quite helpful after a long day of traveling. In the beginning of its installation, the door that measured 15 inches by 15 inches made it pretty easy for me to put it into the compartment that was already there for my RV water heater. The dimensions seemed to be appropriate, and the directions were helpful in directing me through the procedure. My experiences with the first setup's complexity, on the other hand, have not been very positive. This is due to the fact that the instructions should have been more specific about key wiring specifics. After I had sorted out the appropriate connections, however, everything went off without a hitch. I believe that the most significant benefit, in addition to the rapid heating, is the uniformity of the temperature of the water. Having the knowledge that I may take a warm shower whenever I choose and not be subjected to abrupt blasts of cold or scorching water makes me feel more at ease and calm. It is precisely this dependability that makes a difference whether one is staying for a lengthy period of time in off-grid regions or in isolated campsites.
