I’ve this range for a week. The printing on the knobs came off, I just used dish soap and water. The pads on top of the range are falling off and the grate is sitting on the metal stove top. The oven temperature is hard to set. Turn the knob to 350 The goes to 375 and down to 280 and up again The reason why I bought the stove was because my old oven didn’t work. New stove same problem. Very disappointed.

Be sure to place your oven temperature gauge in the middle of your oven if you have concerns about temp. I was worried that it wasn’t heating up as it should when I started cooking. I had set the temperature gauge at the front so that I could read it, but that gave a false reading.After placing the gauge in the middle, it read correctly.I am loving my new oven!

Love it. I replaced a old Wedgwood RV stove of 25 years just because it looked bad. It still worked but I upgraded the entire kitchen so this stove/oven was needed. I was going to buy a Dometic but the delivery was two weeks out and I did not want to wait. I am very happy I did not order it. This Contour stove arrived in 3 days, on a Monday, after the weekend. Fast shipping. Stove fit exactly. I had to shorten the gas line which required a $20.00 flaring tool on Amazon. Watch YT for reference, Easy to do. The directions that came with it were excellent. What more could you want? Five stars for sure.

This stove is wonderful! So easy to light! Even the oven is easy to light! Takes a little while to get oven up to temperature, so baking takes longer, but I’m happy with the purchase. It’s a bit smaller than the one we replaced, but we’re planning new countertops, so we aren’t too worried about that. Would recommend it!

Two things: 1 - we purchased this product in June of 2024. Upon opening the packaging I looked everything over and was pleased with what I saw until I looked that the oven temp knob. The temps inscribed on the knob were not the standard increments. The temp scale starts at 320 then to 350, then 400, then 430 then 490 instead of 200 then 300, then 350, 375, 400, 425, etc. as was found on our original oven. Not a problem. Just thought it odd to be incremented like that. 2 - I Installed it in our RV and it worked great for about a month then the pilot would go out unexpectedly. Not a big deal at first as I would just relight it and then use the oven. This worked for about 2 more months and then the oven would go out in the middle of a bake session because the pilot wouldn't stay lit during the heat cycle. Once the oven temp reached the desired temp the gas would shut off as it should but because the pilot wouldn't stay lit whatever was being baked would not get done. I'd relight the pilot and the oven would come on then when the gas cycled when temp was reached, the oven would shut off again.I tired blowing out the pilot orifice. I tried cleaning the thermocouple. I tried all the usual remedies for repairing such problems as this to no avail. So that here I am, the day after Christmas, ordering another stove. You can rest assured that I will not be ordering another like this one nor one made by this company. I don't need another paper weight.

received this produce yesterday, it had connected to propane gas and electric power, however, its oven light not turning on, burners and oven are ok, is there any instructions for how to make it light up?

I live in a 2008 Fleetwood Cougar travel trailer. I am not that spry any longer to climb on the floor and light the oven. I finally found this stove that promised me the option to use the spark option to light the oven.It was or seemed to be easy to replace my old stove, slide right in and I got to light the oven without climbing on the floor. Thank you.The only problem is I can't get it above 350°
