These are very poor quality. Loose mop strings all over. Maybe they are meant to be disposable in a commercial setting I don't know. Also, it isn't clear that this is for a box of 12. It says it is a refundable product but when you try to return it it refuses to let you. So a lot of bewares on this one.

I have always loved this product been using it for 15+ years. Its too bad they changed how the pads go on. Why fix something that all ready is perfect? its fine though just have to sew on some straps no problem.

It arrived today. It had clearly been repackaged. When it was opened it was broken and missing pieces. Amazon says it isn’t eligible for return. An expensive broken item. No one is responsible for. Now isn’t that customer service?

I looked up different wall "dusters" and found this to be the best. I use it with Chomp Painted Wall Cleaner Spray: Healthier Home 5-Minute CleanWalls 4-in-1 Multipurpose Cleaner - Painted Wall, Ceiling and Baseboard Cleaning Spray - Dirt, Dust, Odor and Stain Remover - 32 Ounces. I found this on Amazon as well. They work very well together! This wall washer is easy to use and really scrubs dirt off. As well as dust. I definitely recommend if you can't reach the top of your wall by standing or ladder. You can reach right from the floor easily. I am 52 so ladders are not my friend anymore.

you don't have to climb up and down a ladder to clean walls and ceiling. Easy to use and when done throw head into washer and comes clean. I recommend this product to everyone I know.

Piece of crap. Pads won’t stick on unit. Pads falling apart. Cheaply made for $60. Won’t allow me to return. I ordered 2 of these for my business. What a disappointment!!!!

Hey yaw, when I received my mop, I was a little doubt full. But this mop changed my whole world of cleaning. No more bucket and sponge. I do not want to give away. The whole amazing, outstanding, this should be called something else. I don't want to give away anymore awasome insight.

When you read a review and there is one star please pay close attention to the information, I wish I had because this was a huge mistake on my part. This was nothing like the picture or the description. The washing head is terrible, flimsy, started shedding out the box and would not last thru the first attempt to wash a wall, so very disappointed, not a commercial grade product at all. Based on some of the better ratings they must be using something totally different than the item I received. I cannot believe this is a Rubbermaid product based on the poor quality.

The kit works really well, in fact I ordered an extra pad so I would have 3 to use. The angle of the handle head works beautifully on walls and if your ceilings are smooth surfaced also work well to wash them. The head will flip if ceiling surface is textured, so you have to rub very lightly to wash. I was worried about how to wring out the excess liquid when rinsing the pad, but found it easily wrung out with my hands. Always happy when something you order works!!!! Also it washed up nice and clean in the washer.

I bought this product because I have a hard time washing my walls because of health reasons. I am very pleased. I have used it to clean my kitchen walls. It is so easy to use . Just wish it was made to ring out by moving the handle or something. I have also used it to wipe up spills on the floor. Would recommend it to any one.
