Short Air Intake Kit
Short ram air intakes are a method of increasing horsepower by creating the shortest possible distance for air to travel, which creates less air resistance. They eliminate the resonator and filter box, and pull air from the engine bay, which makes the intake air warmer than a cold air intake.
Dry Air Filter
Most new design are now dry filter instead of oil filter. Our filter do not require oil, it is reusable and washable. You can wash it with soap and water, rinse it until it is all dry up and use it again. We recommend you to check every 5,000 miles to see if it needs to be wash / clean.
Performance
Increases when engine absorbs cold air by passing through aluminum pipe to extract the heat to improves throttle response & more horsepower.

Installation
Heat shield intakes are very easy to install on your vehicle. A typical intake installation can be done with a screwdriver, pliers and a ratchet-set within 90 minutes or less. But of course if you are not sure of how to DIY, we do recommend that you take it to a professional to install.

I purchased this air intake and was blown away. I really do enjoy it and notice a noticeable difference in its performance. Looks really good with other accessories and fit well on the 3.4L

This thing is all you need for the 3.4Anything close to 3k rpm’s or more and it sounds so throaty and good. Also way more throttle response and gas mileage is instantly better. The only negative thing I could say is that I couldn’t figure out what the smaller air filter goes to. I still have it left over and am driving around... I tried to contact seller but the just referred me to some generic pdf file that showed no smaller filter that came with the package whatsoever. Other than that, this is worth it.

First off, I'll say that all the components and parts are high quality and seem to work efficiently. My only complaint was that there were no clear instructions, or instructions at all for that matter. If there wasnt two other reviews with images for me to refer to I would of been completely lost.After installing, I saw a noticeable idle difference and throttle response (acceleration/smoothness).

Looks good sounds good. And adds more horsepower. Super easy to install. Well worth the money if your trying to gain horsepower and sound good. Vary happy with it.

This is definitely what I expected for the price but it's cheaper than replacing my intake with a factory option for now. Assembly is pretty straight forward, though I'm not sure what the small filter is for or where it goes. With the exception of the red hose closest to the firewall, you will not be able to use these hoses to replace the current setup. The diameter is too large, requiring extremely tightening the silicone lines and that will definitely shorten the life with how thin the walls are. The silicone couplers along the intake are varied in size and too big in a few spots so you will have to tighten them down quite a bit. I'm not sure what kind of longevity to expect because of this. I have noticed a smoother idle since installing. I do recommend smoke testing after installation to ensure there are no vacuum leaks.
