Got this product for my restaurant. A sushi place. Have one of the dish beef nagimaki. Need the very big pieces and thin beef slice wrap with Green onion. And sometime hard to cut off. The beef slice parted. Cannot be the huge piece. And We have highpress wash mechine. Not that easy to clean the fold. Need to use towel. And the knife is sharpe. I was worry my hand when i clean up use the towel
