Good binding liked the quick release by just sticking ski pole into hole. Can only adjust back a few inches to get more glide. Might be good to be able to go more back but no way to do as the front part of the binding then hits the back part that is not movable. Have seen some binding that the whole binding is movable.

Easy to install (if you have an NIS plate attached); they work well so far.

This binding attaches to skis with the NIS system. A small key is required to both install the bindings on the skis and position them after installation properly. The key was nowhere to be found when opening the box. Upon receiving my NIS skis, there was no key there either. The product description should clearly state that there is no NIS key included.However I contacted GearX (the seller) about this on Thursday and told them I was hoping to ski that weekend. On Friday I received an email saying that they would rush ship the key. I received it in Saturday's mail and was skiing that afternoon! Excellent customer service!!!With NIS key, bindings were easy to install and worked great with Rossignol NIS skis and NNN boots.
