These work great, the extra side skewers make them really handy for flatter cuts of meat like flap meat or even skirt or flank roulades. If you can keep the food out of the clasp/screw area then cleanup is a breeze, just some soap and a brush and they look new. They can even hang off the edge of your gas/charcoal grill for easy kabobery. The handles are nice, but they will burn if you aren't careful. Only complaint is the shipping. They are just thrown into a way too big box with a tiny piece of bubble wrap. So they will come all bent up but that's easy to fix. Great product with multiple outside the box uses!

We actually use the skewers for shish kebabs and s’mores! They worked great on the grill and in the fire pit. Super great quality no complaints whatsoever.
