Have been using this regularly for a while and no problems. I've read some reviews talking about quality issues. The one I got seems to work just like the original.

This fits my vacuum like a glove. Easy to put on and clean too.

This beater bar was a direct fit for my shark that wasn't working as good as it used too. Between this and all new filters it's running good as new. This was not an easy install though, and it wasn't the fault of this replacement brush.Shark decided to use theft proof security screws to hold the vacuum head together. So unbelievably stupid of the manufacturer to do that. I didn't think that beater bar theft was an issue, but apparently Shark does. So be prepared to either buy the correct size security bit to take the screws out, or find an appropriate sized very small flathead screwdriver that you can fit next to the security pin and make work.The brush works great and gets 5 stars. The shark vacuum however is now on my naughty list......Boooo Shark vacuum!

Works and fits perfectly. All you need is T15 torx bit
