Had to replace a switch on my floor fan due to hot contacts damaging the internal plastic cam. No exact replacement was available based on mfg #, so I tried this one. Three speed motor with hot and three leads clipped right on and worked perfectly. Doesn't seem to heat up under load.

So the switch works, but the knob isn't long enough to work on a glass stove top. Had to buy that elsewhere.
