UV LAMP REPLACEMENT

Replacement is quick and easy. It does not require any special skills or tools. Follow these instructions to replace the UV lamp in your disinfection system:

Step 1.Disconnect the UV system from power. Let it stand for a few minutes to cool down.

Step 2.While it may remain connected to the water supply, turn off the water and do not use it until the lamp is replaced and the system is ready to be used. Before taking the lamp out of the system, drain all the water out of it.

The lamp can be mounted vertically or horizontally. If the lamp installed vertically, the incoming water should come from the bottom of the housing moving up.

For the first time installation of the UV lamp, it is recommended that quartz sleeve is installed in the horizontal position for better sealing purposes.

These bulbs will not last and there is no warranty past amazons 30 day return window. They advertise 9000 hours or roughly 1 year. You will be lucky to get 6 months out of them. Buyer beware.

I have an I spring unit. There light bulbs are very expensive so changed over to these I found on geek pure unit work very well at cheaper cost

Well packaged. They are 1/2" longer (just like they said) than the original for my iSpring UVF55FS, but they work fine, same watts.
