Very weak, it came with some scratches, the frames don't have a good finish. Just touching the screw makes it chip. It's functional, but I don't recommend it.

I am pretty happy to discover it’s real wood and not MDF. Air it out after you assemble, the paint is fresh. But after that, no scent.I bought it for a roommate’s ADU bedroom, and it keeps him out of the kitchen :)It’s sturdy! And it can store so much. If you need it to be less width, you can take off the towel hanger and spindle shelf.Great value for the money.The wheels are alright!

Love this island. Especially since I want to move it when baking with my kids, especially nice having the drop table for extra space.Had a little trouble finding a suitable trash can. Ended up having to order one since Home Depot didn’t have one that fit. Fairly easy to put together. Took maybe 1.5-2 hours.

The item came without any instructions at all. Fortunately, I have enough experience with IKEA furniture assembly to figure it out.The quality is very low for an item at this price point. It is a cheap veneer over particle board, including the top, and even screwing it together by hand caused the veneer around the screw holes to break. I have my doubts concerning its sturdiness - many of the screws didn’t “catch” the material, so it’s likely they will loosen over time.While it claims that it fits a standard 10 gallon waste receptacle, I have been having difficulty finding one that will fit within the dimensions of the designated area of the island.

It is exactly what the picture looks like. It was easy to set up just took some time to get set up. Set up instructions was easy to follow and the storage space and extra countertop space is great. Also, since it has wheels makes it easy to move use it as other things during parties. Highly recommend if you need a little extra countertop space and more storage for kitchen supplies.

Just exactly what I needed for my new home with updated kitchen that unfortunately was built by someone Much taller than me. I can barely reach the cabinets or microwave they are set so far up plus I have back problems so bending too low hurts like crazy. Now I have a modern style island with a trash receptacle that's moblie with plenty of storage space and a great counter top for convenience. Good cooking requires efficient and quality tools to provide good results. I will use the heck out of this island

Sturdy except for the paper towel holder. Otherwise great. Had all the parts and was able to put it together with no issues
