I like this island. It was pretty easy to assemble and the quality is pretty good. Crumbs do fall into the top cubbys if you have the leafs down, but that's not a big deal for me.The only downside was there was a chip in one of the top peices of the table, but it hasn't gotten worse with use. No one notices it but me, so definitely not a deal breaker lol!It is a great space saver and any chairs with a 24" height fit it well. The wheels and power strip are convenient.

This item was missing 116 screws. If I didn't have a woodworking background, it's would be understandable.

A warning: The box is extremely heavy, well over 100lbs. I could not move it inside my house by myself. Also: I have put together a lot of furniture on the past, but even I was intimidated after opening it up and seeing all the parts and hardware. There are A LOT. Be prepared for a long build. I had to do it over two afternoons by myself.That being said -- omg I love this thing! I needed it as more of an office-y work area against the wall, to hold a printer, pencil sharpener, office supplies. I had to buy it without any reviews and and was very nervous about it, but it was the only option with a drop leaf in the front instead of the back of the island. Totally worth it. It's sturdy and doesn't look cheap to me. During the assembly process there were no missing parts or misplaced drill holes that is so common with DIY furniture. It came with a good magnetic screwdriver for assembly. 100% would buy again.
