The loop came off the second time I wore this boot and neither Amazon or Rockport will replace, refund or repair because the boot failed after 6 weeks and they only guarantee it for 4 weeks. Both referred me to each other until Amazon finally told me that they didn't break quickly enough for their guarantees

Love these Chelsea Boots from Rockport. They’re comfortable and look great. Comes with leather upper and rubber sole for traction. Easily slip on and off. Available in two colors.

Shoes have deep cracks and scratches right out of the box. Please see photos. Are these used shoes? Manufacturing defects? I’m actually shocked. Can someone from Rockport please reach out to me?
