I have about 18 of these in my studio. Easy to install, look fantastic - the wood color is more on point with a light cherry than what the picture shows - which is BETTER in my opinion. I love them, and I love that you can rotate them slightly as needed with instruments that might not be perfectly balanced. Works great with my heavy basses, my Les Paul's AND my acoustics.

It's perfectly fine. It keeps my guitars safe from damage, and make the best use of space. I used longer screws to make sure my guitars hang securely.

While the RockJam hanger might not be the strongest mount, for the cost I find it to be a great value. The materials appear to be more than adequate to safely hold the weight of any guitar I own. Installation was straightforward and easy but I ended up using some larger screws to anchor into the wall studs more securely.

Based on all of the reviews I was expecting great things. The locks work. Mounting was easy. However, I pulled my limited edition American Strat off the wall and noticed sticky black foam on the neck where the guitar was sitting in the hanger.Looking at both hangers, after 1 week, both hangers have the same problem…the foam is getting rolled back and is sticking to my guitars. (See the pictures)Would I buy again…NO!

Works very well, well padded. Feels secure even with my 9lb Les Paul in one. Use better anchors such as the aloy self tapping drywall type or find a stud to screw directly to to insure no fall issues.

I purchased these as wall hangers for my collection. These are certainly not as robust as the more expensive brand hanger that I have, but they are getting the job done. I do have one heavy guitar and it seems to be holding up okay.

They do the job and very well for the price! I only have one axe but got a two pack to be able to move it around to my office and back.
