I've looked forward to getting the Blixer 3 blender for quite some time. I teach cooking classes, and this machine will expedite blending in a real time teaching class.I am thrilled with how well it works. But when I sat down to enjoy the first item I made with this blender - Salsa Verde - I was surprised to bite into a plastic sliver. Then my husband did the same. We took a look at the scraper (the reason why I bought this machine) and could see where the plastic pieces broke off from. You can see the plastic slivers in the above photo.Did I do something wrong? I can't tell from the instruction booklet. Was this part defective? I would like to keep this machine...is it possible to get a replacement scraper? And maybe some instructions? This is a lot of money for a blender that is leaving me all mixed up and in a quandary!

Me esperaba mucho más. Toca poner 400gr máximo a la vez de maní y 200gr de almendras. Si no se bloquea.
