This is a nice charger to keep around. I work as a first responder and I carry an APX6000, which sometimes needs charging if I work back to back shifts, so this charger was a nice addition to my kit. I like that this includes a stretchy cord to keep the radio nestled in the charger while in the car so it doesn't bounce around and lose connection with the charging fins. Nice charger, and works well.

This product literally doesn’t work . Had my radio on the charger for 45 minutes and didn’t charge one bar.

Did not work. I tried several batteries from my coworkers and a few batteries right out the box. The unit kept displaying bad battery. 🤷♂️

Though this is for the APX8000XE, it doesn't fit the 8000XHE....but a little minor grinding of the opening and sidewalls fixed that no problem!!
