Restore damaged parts, namely the diaphragms and valves, on a Udor IOTA 20 Diaphragm Pump using the replacement parts provided in this Rittenhouse Udor IOTA 20 Diaphragm and Valve Complete Repair Kit (IOTA20REPAIRKIT). This kit will also work on the Udor IOTA 17 and 18.

One or more of the diaphragms have ruptured if you notice the pump oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color or if the oil plug pops out. Stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms. The diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours and valves replaced every 6 months or 1000 hours to keep your pump operating up to standards all season long.
