My husband and I are huge nitro coffee lovers. I came across the Rise canned coffee and decided to give it a try. I love the way the coffee pours and settles right out of the can. The one negative I did find was the bitterness that comes with the finish of a sip. I drink my coffee black on a regular basis and love that this is offered in that variety. I added a couple ounces of cold water to water it down and take away from the bitterness.

Initially I liked this a lot. At half the price of going to the store for a cup, it’s great. I’ve purchased it a few times and I started noticing some slimy residue when I got towards the bottom of the can.The residue is consistently there. Overall I pitched 8 of the four packs and it was there in every can. When I shake the cans before I drink, it’s worse. I’ve poured it through a filter and that basically ruins the nitro texture and flavor. Looking at the sediment, I don’t think it’s anything harmful, but the texture is off putting for me.If they can clear up the issue with the sediment I would buy again.

Got tired of brewing weak coffee and always like the nitro cold brews at starbucks. This is a great canned version of a nitro brew. For some reason, I find it taste better when you pour it into a cup to drink rather than drinking out of the can.

I don't write many Amazon reviews, but this one is needed. The price is great and i heard good things about this brand of cold brew; but wow this coffee tastes terrible. I drink cold brew at pretty much any opportunity. I make my own and I have tried tons of canned and fresh cold brew and this is possibly the worst. Hopefully it's just a one off, but i would not ever buy again.

I am quite disappointed in the flavor of Rise Nitro Cold Brew - It's not smooth and subtle, it is quite sour as other reviewers had mentioned. I'm glad I only purchased a four pack, the price and the favor are quite disconnected.

I normally Love cold brew coffee. I saw these and wanted to give them a try.Not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but the taste is like straight chemicals... It smells good, but the taste is very odd.Not going to rate it too poorly however, as taste is subjective. Great packaging, nice cans all outward appearance is high quality.UPDATE:Company saw my review and reached out to make it right. Not only did they reach out, they reached out multiple times until they got me and were able to make it right. I highly recommend trying their products and supporting such a business that places a high value on customer service!!!

I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but this tastes like coffee water. It's bad.10/4/18 Update:Rise reached out to me to make the situation right. They sent me their oat milk latte flavor at no cost, and refunded my original purchase.I'll say, the oat milk latte is REALLY good.I'm sure they'll iron out the kinks with their original flavor. In the mean time I'll be ordering more of this!

I'm rewriting my review based on the customer service and the product. My first experience wasn't so great with the original flavored cold brew. But after I complained about the sour batch I received they contacted me and apologized for the bad coffee and they assured me they are working on perfecting this process of cold brew. From what I was told there the only ones who do organic nitro cold brew, and the process is difficult and there working on perfecting it. They offered to give me a full refund plus extra money to repurchase there mocha flavor. Which was good, tasted more like chocolate milk than coffee, But I'm not a sugar person so I had to mix it with another black coffee. But all in all they really care about there product and there customers. Also I went back to the first black nitro coffee they sent me and tried the other can and it was really good. People should know that when you drink this coffee for optimal flavor and taste you should give it a slight jiggle to ignite the nitro and pour hard into a glass. Do not drink straight from can. Good product that's only getting better due to there great customer service.
