Many of bricks broken upon recieving

Out of 60 bricks only 20 were whole and in good usable condition. They could easily have been packed better and avoided this. The ones on top are specially packed with foam to make sure they don't break so when you open the box it looks like the bricks are all intact but the majority of bricks at the bottom are broken.

I really like the product. I think the packaging I received (see pics) wasn’t enough to protect product from the stress of handling.
