With my 16 ounce glove, I can hit this thing as hard as I’d likeSoft texture opened up the top.inside It’s like wool insulation.It is a little loose probably because of settling, but I can always fill that with the simple easy zipperIf you’re not looking to get the heaviest item, but you also wanna improve your technique I would recommend

Solid heavy, very firm, everything feels like high quality. At 60#s sounds light, but it isn't for me. Absolutely recommend this bag.

Great quality, not too soft and not too hard. It is not too heavy as well. Compared to my old one that's a lot smaller, but same weight (70lbs). I just got it and used only ones, but I can tell it is "solid."

I was so excited to get this for my 50th birthday, picked it out myself because it was leather - unfortunately when I received it, it is not leather (the main body that is, I realize the entire thing isn't going to be leather, but the main body should be, and in this case nothing on it is leather), I double checked the description and it clearly says leather, not PVC leather, micro leather, or durahide, just leather. But what I received was not leather. The bag is hard, I'm guessing it will take the rest of my life to break it in! The hardware is great quality, where the chains attach to the bag is also very heavy duty. Everything about the bag is extremely well made, I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship, but since it isn't leather it didn't fair well in shipping where it received the two puncture holes. I decided to keep it since it was a gift, but really disappointed that it wasn't leather and feel mislead that they falsely advertised the material.

Very sturdy punching bag. You will need boxing gloves because it's very hard and almost like hitting concrete

This thing is tough and sturdy! I was hesitant about buying it in red but I actually love the color now. It's extremely well built and the stitching looks great and well place. I've been using it a few months now and it still feels brand new to me. I actually have it handing on a Punching Bag stand outside and I bring in and store it while i'm not using it. I'm extremely happy I bought this before the pandemic as it's helped me stay active and get exercise during shelter in place policies. If you're looking for a great workout from a great brand without breaking the bank, you're done.

Very high quality leather besides tough and highly reinforced stitching to chain hardware. Bag will last for many years to come. Definitely worth 150$.

This punching bag feels well constructed with real leather and steel chain. I've only had the bag for a week and haven't really given it a good workout yet, but I'm not using it for MMA practice where I may be trying to kill the bag, I'm using the bag more for the anaerobic workout using weighted gloves, and I feel this bag will outlast me for the rest of my life! At 65-70lbs and roughly 42" in height, the size is perfect squeezing into my small one-car garage gym. I'll be using it maybe once a week so will be hanging the bag on a multi stomach-crunch/pullup-bar/bardip/etc. rack when I use it and taking it off when I'm done. And that in and by itself will be a good workout, lifting the bag to and fro! In fact, I may even use the bag for some cross fit strong-man exercise, carrying the punching bag like a sandbag to and fro in my backyard. Definitely recommend this bag regardless of its low pricetag, but I'm taking one star off (giving it 4-stars) due to the fact the bag I got has a cross seam around the upper 1/3 portion of the bag which is not shown in the product photo nor in another customer photo here, which makes me wonder, why?

Bag is well made, looks and feels solid. Leather looks strong. Should last long time. But bag does not match product description: instead of 14 x 42 Inch I have got 13 x 41 Inch and instead 65-70 Lb my bag is only 62 Lb. And bag shape is not quite cylindrical - may be it will get right shape by time. Not big deal but somehow I disappointed by this misleading listing in Amazon. Probably later I will update my rating if bag will behave good.
