Easy to understand and use, the black plastic rings pop out so that you can sleep in the ring to see if your finger swells etc.

The "kit" arrived in a white box but NO INSTRUCTIONS OR TIPS HOW TO USE IT!!! USELESS!!! Am I supposed to tear the the kit apart???
