The skates came with one missing an insert and the piece covering the nails had fallen off. My daughter really needed the skates the next day and to get a replacement would have taken 2 more days so I made them work. I got new inserts and fixed the piece that covers the nails. For the price I paid this should not have been an issue.The next day when my daughter used the skates the ruby jewels came off. I really thought that if they did eventually fall off it would be months into use not the first day. My daughter was disappointed about them falling off.My daughter said they were comfortable so that was a relief but still disappointed in how they arrived. They were covered in plastic and didn’t appear to have been returned but who knows.
