Very bad customer service. Screen got dark marks and started freezing. Customer service said they would help, asked me for information and then started ignoring me.Will return for refund.

Initially, I bought this monitor because I was looking for a budget-friendly option from Atmos Ninja. The price was good and the protective case was a nice addition. However, there are some issues with the product. It tends to get hot quite easily, and the monitor bracket is only compatible with hot or cold shoe connections. The quality could also be better, and sometimes I have trouble turning the monitor on. Overall, while the Atmos Ninja is irreplaceable, it's a cheaper alternative if you can work around the issues. I mentioned but if you're a professional, you need something more reliable. Stick with a reputable brand.

It's not the fanciest or the most solidly built recorder on the market, but it's also 30% of the price which makes this recorder fantastic for what I need it for. Feeding this into a HDMI to AV transmitter and then recording VHS camera playback and it works as intended. Very happy with it.

For a recordable monitor this is a decent kit. It includes everything to get you started. A hardcase, HDMI cables, USB to DC power cable, and even an 8GB MicroSD card and adapter. The RH35 performs well, is easy to use and the recorded footage looks great. Now it doesn’t compare directly to something like the Atomos Ninja V but the RH35 is half the price. Overall, I am very pleased with the RH35.
