If I had realized that it could only be used indoors I would looked for something else. I wanted it on the carport but when we got it the instructions said that it could not be placed outside. It also makes all kinds of noises when running.

Simply remove from the box and plug it in and your good to go. It's quite, big enough and works great. Mine is currently packed full and everything is frozen solid. Only issue I have is the lid is sometimes difficult to open and requires 2 hands I reckon it seals so that it's airtight but 2 good tugs and it opens up. I'd definitely recommend this freezer.

Was happy to have this for extra food storage. But after the recent windstorm and subsequent four day power outage, not one food item was ruined or lost. I even had to open it through the duration moving stuff from my fridge and freezer into it.It is quiet, sleek in black, and unsuspecting in my dining room.Highly recommend.

Every thing about the functionality of this freezer is fine. But almost a guarantee you will wind up with scratch and dents with Amazon delivery. Stick with local store and delivery!
