Nice and sturdy, I got it in orange and the color is a very nice bright true orange. It could be a little lightweight and tip over if filled with only one or two utensils, but with a few it's already perfect.

The turquoise canister matches the photo and was what I expected. People are giving this negative reviews, saying it is "cheap plastic". The plastic is not overly thin and would work for utensils. I ordered this for my baby's nursery and it serves its purpose to store products. PLASTIC is in the title and there are photos clearly showing the product is plastic. I'm not sure what kind of special industrial plastic people were expecting, but the product matches the color and description.

I have two of these in two colors. I am pleased with both. They are plastic, but they appear to be good quality, very bright and colorful and no blemishes. They are a smaller holder, but that is what I wanted as I was matching utensils with holder. They do NOT tip easily contrary to what some have said. I had my son try to tip them with a various number of utensils, and he was not able to do so without intentionally knocking them over. I do think they are slightly overpriced, but if I get exactly what I want I'm willing to pay a bit extra. If plastic works in your kitchen, and you're not looking for a large heavy crock holder this should work great.

I'm trying to incorporate as many colors into my kitchen as I can. This utensil holder is hard plastic - I may replace it eventually with something sturdier but it was a great buy for now. It's exactly what I expected it to be.
