I wanted to love this so badly, it was the perfect size and quality, but there are just too made sharp death traps. As many others stated, they took a file to it, but mine just have way too many. For now, I think it'll just be an out the terrarium piece for looks only.

I bought the large and it is a nice size and looks real to life. I took a file and filed down a few pieces inside the log that were sticking out that might harm my African Fat tail gecko. He seems to really love it. recommend and will be buying again. TY

I recently purchased a reptile terrarium hide for my snake, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Works very well. Our corn snake loves it and have had zero issues with it. It is a perfect size for any enclosure and sturdy and well-built. Plus it looks very nice in the enclosure will definitely buy again for gecko enclosure this time.

Was expecting a cheap plastic log in a bag. It arrived in a sturdy box packed in foam and bubble wrap. Surprisingly heavy, it is made of thick resin and super realistic. Both in color and texture. This is the second one I have purchased. As this is in a small outdoor fish pond, I opted to lightly sand the openings but in a reptile tank the texture is perfect as is. My fish love it!

Looked good was the right size, but noticed there were sharp edges and didn’t want my snake to get hurt rubbing herself on it so I took a small file and filed all the edges down that were sharp to the touch. It’s better now.
