[ How To Clean nv755 Foam & Felt Filter ]:
Step 1: Remove the dust cup ;
Step 2 : Rinse the shark filters thoroughly in water until the water runs clear. Hand wash only .
Step 3 : Need to tap loose dirt off filters between washes ; then squeeze out excess water ;
Step 4 : Let air dry completely for at least 24 hours before replacing. To insert the felt filter in first, then add the foam filter.

When I originally bought this, I thought it was fine - fit was snug and the foam seemed very dense but my vacuum worked so felt it was OK. A few months later I realized that these filters - because of the density - don't let the dust particles through - instead they end up in the cup surrounding the filter and my vacuum's suction was not as good - put the original back in and we are good again. The only thing I can figure out is that since the foam is so dense - it acts more like a dirty filter - won't trap any more dust and makes the vacuums suction poor. Better to pay more for the original than have to replace the vacuum.

These worked perfect in my Shark. I was skeptical at first. Got them and they fit just like Shark filters I needed replaced. Great value for sure,

Good value, but be warned! Foam Cylinder Filters come as two different sizes. One is smaller and will not fit the Shark model UV795. That means you will only actually get one useful foam cylinder filter. Hopefully the seller can correct this for future buyers or state it in their product description.Otherwise, product works as expected.

These replacement filters fit well in the Navigator XL we bought from Costco. No noticeable difference in performance that we see. We will keep buying from this seller.

They fit!! I bought another set from a different company online and ehen i received them they didn't fit. The Company would not take them back either. Very happy with this company and the product is above OEM standards.
