Ordered these for my 4 month Shark Power Detect . They work well in the vac . ps..... I love the vacuum cleaner

These do fit my Shark LA555 vacuum but I wish they came with directions on how to put them in the cartridge. It took a lot of trial and error for me to get it right.The first thing I noticed was that these have the same scent as the Shark brand ones but it is nowhere near as intense. I've had the same Shark brand one in my vacuum for six months and it's still overpoweringly strong smelling even at the lowest intensity setting. These didn't smell as strong as the six month old brand one, even sniffing the new cartridge directly out of the package. That's actually a good thing for my household as we have allergies, asthma, and scent sensitivities. I'll put up with having to guess and test the installation for the reduced scent intensity. But if you love the scent intensity of the original branded cartridges these are not for you.
