I replaced my stock Oculus Quest 2 head strap with this one after the old one wore out, and what a difference it makes! The fit is secure, great like the OEM one. It evenly distributes the weight, so no more pressure on my forehead or the top of my head. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a perfect fit, and it feels durable and high-quality. When I got it there were no instructions so I had to look up a video on how to replace them, this was my first time replacing so I didn’t know how to. The free thumb grips are nice, but the “grip” is just little rubber spikes. Just to keep that in mind.Other than that, it works perfect as a replacement, just hope they add instructions at least.

After years, my quest too started getting a bit discolored on the straps. They started turning a weird orangey color. Cleaning them with bleach, but it just brought out the orange more. I decided to just buy new straps and this strap obviously looks brand new and attaches. You would never know it was new.
