glass lantern panels were intact but the wing of the angel was broken off. This was a gift and recipient didn't want to let me know but I feel bad that what was supposed to be a heartfelt memorial gift was damaged before it ever was unpacked. If possible please send a replacement, non damaged angel.

This is a stunning piece however I had to return it twice both of them were defective. I am extremely disappointed because I lost my mother, and this was a comfort to me. First one Sent was totally damaged. The second one that I am returning worked for a week and stopped working. So I had to request a refund

I sent this anonymously to a family member who lost their mom, and needless to say, the thought was very appreciated by that person. It can be hard not to sound unempathetic when consoling a friend/family who lives out of state. Sending a gift goes a long way, and this gift packs beauty and grace
